Excellent craftsmanship. Karen, Ruth and Ivan were great communicators. They also go me the exact shutter color for my home and repairing my shutters. No one else in the valley wanted to do any repair work because they simply don't care about the "little guys." However, when you go to a small business instead of corporation, you get people who actually care.
